Terms of Service

1. Definitions and Provider

The Service is provided by: [OPERATOR — legal name, registered address, NIP/KRS, contact email] ("we", "Provider").

DomFlow is a web application for managing rental-property operations: leases, monthly settlements, payments, expenses, utilities, documents and audit logs.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service is a record-keeping and management tool. It supports owners, property managers and tenants with role-based access to relevant data.

The Service does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Any tax reminders or figures are informational only and do not replace professional advice.

3. Registration and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Roles determine access: owners have full backoffice access, managers have operational access to assigned apartments, and tenants have read-only access to their own published records.

4. Plans, Trial and Fees

The Free plan covers one apartment with core features, with no time limit and no payment card required.

A 60-day free trial begins only when you add a second apartment or assign a property manager. Paid plans and pricing are agreed on request.

When a trial expires or a payment is overdue, account access is suspended (blocked). Your data is retained during suspension but becomes inaccessible until the account is reactivated.

5. Your Obligations

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for having a lawful basis to enter personal data about third parties such as tenants.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.

You can request an export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may perform maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or abuse.

On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Consumer Rights

If you use the Service as a consumer, you have statutory rights including, where applicable, a 14-day right of withdrawal, and you may use our complaints procedure by contacting kontakt@domflow.pl.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; the version and date are shown above. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
